Welcome

    At the end of our lives, we are each entitled to care that relieves pain and symptoms.  We each deserve to be cared for by those who understand the emotional and spiritual turmoil that dying sometimes brings.  

    We each deserve the opportunity to express our hopes and fears, and to be heard, honored, and supported.  We are also each entitled to live our last months, weeks and days in the setting of our choice, treated according to our beliefs and values.

    To accomplish this for each patient, Sooner Hospice, LLC will make your goals our goals.
