About Us

Sooner Hospice, LLC is a locally owned and operated hospice agency based in Oklahoma City. Founded in 2005, our service area covers a 50 mile radius, which includes 12 counties surrounding the metropolitan area. Our staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of terminally-ill persons, their families, friends and the community.

The Sooner Hospice Limited Liability Corporation team works with compassion to administer the best possible end-of-life experience for our patients and their families. We are privileged and humbled to be a part of a dignified, intimate process that strengthens the human spirit, promotes hope and reaffirms the circle of life. We strive to provide care which includes personal, physical, spiritual, emotional, relational and financial needs.

Purpose:
 
To provide palliative and supportive home care services to patients with a terminal illness.

Goals:

To allow a patient to live in an environment of choice, be surrounded by familiar persons, be comfortable and alert as possible, and have professional help in coping with the physical, spiritual and emotional stresses associated with the dying process.
